After studying business, leadership, landscape architecture and ornamental horticulture, I started in landscape operations as a Field Superintendent. From there I worked through, and mastered, almost every role in the business: estimating, sales, purchasing and project management. For the last 25+ years I've held executive positions, including owning my own company. Most recently I added AI consulting and implementation to the toolkit.
